Our Mission
PIPO Missions aims to promote independence and self-sustainability via no-charge Artificial Limb and Orthopedic Brace Care to those who would otherwise be unable to afford and acquire them.

History
David M. Puckett, Founder and President of PIPO Missions, Inc., expanded medical care of Positive Image Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. outside the United States in November 2000. We established the Non-Profit 501(c)3 Charitable Arm - PIPO Missions - to partner with many hospitals and clinics in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, Chiapas, Mexico and Northern Colombia in order to provide indigent, handicapped patients free Artificial Limb and Orthopedic Brace Care. Our first formal trip to Mexico was in November 2000, and as of April 2011, we have held 70 "trip clinics" and have provided Prosthetic and Orthotic treatment to over 703 people at an estimated wholesale value of around $175,000 (not including labor for manufacturing). We have also assisted over 1,435 people with other life needs, such as corrective Orthopedic surgery, medical/general health supplies, Bibles, food, and children's toys at an estimated cost of $35,800. These estimated figures do not include travel, food and lodging which are provided by donations.

More recently, we have been able to expand the mission to focus on additional countries.
We have already begun regular travel and aid to Colombia, South America. In the near future, we will aim to travel to more places throughout the Western Hemisphere, focusing on impoverished locations that have no other means of obtaining this particular type of care. The care will continue to be free of charge, as has been done in the past.
DONATIONS NEEDED
PIPO Missions, Inc. has been blessed in 2011 to be able to have helped so many people in need of our services. Now, in 2012, we find that we are below where we need to be financially. We'd like to start the year off right, and to do that, we need your help. It doesn't matter if its $1 or $1000, every penny helps and is appreciated! If you could make a donation of any amount, please visit our DONATIONS page. Thank you for your support and may 2012 be your best year yet!
In the book of Matthew, in the Bible, Jesus said: "For I was hungry and you gave me to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I needed clothes and you clothed me. I was sick and you looked after me. I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these, my brothers, you did for me."
